Third Party Transfers

No need to spend more time waiting in lines to make deposits to other accounts. With our new third party transfer feature you will be able to transfer funds from your bank account to any other Atlantic Bank account. All you need to do is request this option at any of the customer service officers and obtain your mini token or through the Contact Us page through Atlantic Online. There is no need to pre-register accounts just click on third party transfer under the transfer tab and transfer funds from the comfort of your home or office.

Security Features

Online banking is the most convenient and easy way to conduct banking. It is safe; however, Atlantic Bank has incorporated advanced security features to provide extra protection to our valued customers.

The new Personal Atlantic Online now incorporates four security features; namely, Personal Identification Number (PIN), Mini Token, Secret Questions, and the Personalized Phrase and Image (PPI). The PIN or the Mini Token is a required feature for users to log into their account. The PIN is a 4-digit password used to authenticate the user to the system. The Mini Token is a small device that generates an 8-digit password that is similar to the PIN. However, the code generated by the token changes each time the token is activated.

Atlantic Bank has also implemented a Personalized Phrase and Image (PPI) and Secret Questions for additional protection. The PPI is a personalized phrase and image that will show up every time you are prompted for your password. The purpose of the PPI is to authenticate the Atlantic Bank website to you; therefore, if the phrase or image does not match what you had chosen, you should not enter your password and contact the nearest Atlantic Bank office.

Another added security feature on our new Atlantic Online are the secret questions. You will be asked to choose three questions and provide answers for each. In cases where you forget your password or PIN, you will be prompted to answer the questions for which only you should have the answers. If you forget the answers to the secret questions, you will need to visit the nearest Atlantic Bank office for assistance.
