- Time periods include: 3,6 & 12 months and different interest rates per period apply. – Certificates of Deposits for longer periods are strongly recommended.
- Minimum time period/term is 90 days.
- Minimum amount accepted for initiating deposit is $5,000.00 Belize Dollars.
- Binding commitments that place restrictions on withdrawals.
- Agreement of terms of contract printed on the certificate – note that the terms are on both front and back of certificate.
- Renewable on expiration date
- Flexible means of interest payment. Interest paid as agreed upon and deposited to assigned savings/checking accounts – note that we also do Principal Plus Interest.
Rates:
- Interest rates range from 6.05% to 8.5%
- Other rates are negotiable
